  • Onsite dock offers single well slips and table areas for the unit. Tanning areas and a slide are available on the dock.

  • Pet Friendly Property Guidelines:
    • Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
    • Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside.
    • Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone.
    • Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of.
    • Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture.
    • Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
  • Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid.
  • Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
